In February, I was able to lead a panel focused on DEI in recruitment and moderate a discussion with topics that include getting buy-in from stakeholders, organizational accountability, identifying allies, and creating internal partnerships.
Not only have I learned a great deal from the speakers, but I’ve had the chance to meet 1:1 with multiple ambassadors and members to learn best practices in anything from career advancement to interview processes.
