Collaborate with top GTM professionals from around the world
The Launch Collective has enabled me to network with and collaborate with some of the top GTM talent professionals in the world! In February, I was able to lead a panel focused on DEI in recruitment and moderate a discussion with topics that include getting buy-in from stakeholders, organizational accountability, identifying allies, and creating internal partnerships.
Not only have I learned a great deal from the speakers, but I’ve had the chance to meet 1:1 with multiple ambassadors and members to learn best practices in anything from career advancement to interview processes.
Joining the Launch Collective has been one of the best decisions.
This is a space to meet some of the brightest recruiting minds. I have learned so much around tooling, best practices, systems and process and so much more. Since joining I actually landed my current role through a referral in the group.
It is a great space to come and network and sharpen your recruiting skills. 10/10 would recommend!
The Launch Collective has been such a reassuring and supportive community, especially in a volatile period in the B2B SaaS industry.
The passion and professionalism that each member brings to our meetings, Slack channel, and 1:1s makes me so proud to be in this group.
Not only does it provide me the opportunity to continue to learn about the craft of recruiting and industry trends from the many talented professionals in this group, but I am also able to share best practices from my own experiences, and grow my own voice.
Being a part of this community has been a game-changer for me. As a Member and Ambassador, the group is helping elevate my career. The Collective has been instrumental in helping me develop strong relationships with other internal GTM recruiters in the SaaS and VC sectors.
The monthly forums and mentorship programs have allowed me to share best practices and gain valuable insights into the market. The meetups, webinars, lunch and learns all serve as ways to continue honing my craft and help others work through challenges in our industry. The supportive community and the wealth of knowledge shared have been invaluable to my continued growth as a recruiter and to my network.
If you want to up your recruiting game, make some strong industry connections and continue your journey as a GTM recruiter I highly suggest joining the Launch Collective!
